二、 研究領(lǐng)域
（1）天然抗腫瘤先導(dǎo)化合物的發(fā)現(xiàn)：通過(guò)高通量篩選發(fā)現(xiàn)具有抗腫瘤活性的天然小分子化合物，結(jié)合腫瘤藥理學(xué)和化學(xué)生物學(xué)手段闡明其抗腫瘤機(jī)制和作用靶點(diǎn)。
（2）中草藥有效成分的分離分析：對(duì)中草藥中不同類(lèi)型化合物進(jìn)行提取和分離，結(jié)合液質(zhì)聯(lián)用和核磁共振等手段對(duì)其進(jìn)行定量和定性分析。
