二、 研究領(lǐng)域

微生物進(jìn)化與互作：利用實(shí)驗(yàn)室進(jìn)化、微生物組學(xué)、分子生物學(xué)等多學(xué)科技術(shù)手段研究腸道或環(huán)境微生物的適應(yīng)性進(jìn)化過程及其分子機(jī)制，重點(diǎn)關(guān)注細(xì)菌生物膜以及腸道益生菌。
