二、研究領(lǐng)域
通過分子生物學(xué)、遺傳學(xué)和生物化學(xué)等手段，系統(tǒng)挖掘鐵營(yíng)養(yǎng)虧缺下的鐵代謝相關(guān)基因及翻譯后修飾介導(dǎo)的信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)機(jī)制，為提高番茄鐵元素吸收利用率、通過基因編輯技術(shù)進(jìn)行番茄生物育種提供理論基礎(chǔ)。
