二、 研究領(lǐng)域
長期開展細(xì)菌耐藥性產(chǎn)生、傳播機(jī)制和耐藥菌防控相關(guān)研究。包括：1）基于多組學(xué)的病原菌及耐藥基因在“動物-環(huán)境-人”中傳播溯源和預(yù)測預(yù)警研究；2）重要耐藥菌中新型耐藥基因及可轉(zhuǎn)移元件的發(fā)現(xiàn)及傳播機(jī)理研究；3）細(xì)菌胞外囊泡的形成機(jī)制及功能研究；4）重要病原新型分子診斷方法研究。在Microbiological Research、International Journal of Antimicrobial Agents、Microbiology Spectrum、International Journal of Biological Macromolecules?等權(quán)威雜志發(fā)表論文27篇，其中以第一作者/通訊作者發(fā)表12篇。
