二、 研究領(lǐng)域

微生物進化與互作：利用實驗室進化、微生物組學、分子生物學等多學科技術(shù)手段研究腸道或環(huán)境微生物的適應性進化過程及其分子機制，重點關(guān)注細菌生物膜以及腸道益生菌。
